Date Hiked: 5-26-07

Conditions: Started at Cupsuptic Pond in Maine, traveled over border on logging rds to MON 448 then followed swath to summit. Giant washout just over Quebec border, also there is a beaver dam on the logging rd to MON 448.

Special Required Equipment: There is still some snow so snowshoes will keep your feet dry in one spot, Waterproof boots useful of course as there is lots of mud

Comments: Most snow is gone, replaced by mud. No blackflies yet.
