Conditions: Trail is clear and will officially open June 30th

Comments: I'm sure many here at VFTT know of the offical opening of the western loop later in June. I just returned from Slide Mountain Campsite where I helped build the outhouse to complete the site. Although I only hiked a few miles on the GLT I found it very beautiful and in great shape. I plan to return soon to complete the loop.
