Date Hiked: 7/06/07

Conditions: Trail was wet and very muddy in places below pond, which appears be be used/maintained/rerouted by ATVers. The lower section above the pond contained numerous blowdowns although they were easily negotiated. Wet rocks on the trail were often as slippery as the roots. Signage and trail blazing minimal.

Special Required Equipment: Waterproof boots, bug repellent, chainsaw?

Comments: Despite off and on showers throughout the day, it cleared enough to enjoy the fantastic views from what is left of the fire tower at the top. Magzter's fiftieth highest hundred.
