Conditions: Mostly dry, a few minor areas with mud, easy to get through.

Comments: Caribou Pond Road conditions not to bad up to the metal grate bridge. Right after, going was tough as a result of wash outs. We had a Durango 4X4 which did alright. If you don't have four wheel drive or good ground clearence, you will have to park before the bridge and walk up to the AT. Trail was in great shape. Ran across a few other groups on this fine day. Had a nice half hour break on the summit enjoying clear views in all directions. I think I may have even spotted Double Top up in Baxter! Made out way back down to Caribou Pond Road and off to Redington...
