Date Hiked: November 14, 2007

Conditions: Bog bridge boards are icy. Other than that the trail from Lafayette CG up through the first mile of Fishin' Jimmy is in good shape. It's the second mile that is treacherous. Not icy enough for crampons; yet almost too icy for our Stablicers.

Special Required Equipment: Stabilicers

Comments: Traversing the last mile of the Fishin' Jimmy Trail in either direction was exhausting and very dangerous. I would suggest hiking up the Mt. Kinsman Trail as the previous poster did. (They were wise, we were not.) We still summited, it just took a very long time.
