Date Hiked: 11/18/07

Conditions: All areas a mix bag of conditions. Some rock, ice, wind scourered hardpack, drifted powder.

Special Required Equipment: On the Glen Boulder Tr I alternated between snow shoes and bare booting the entire ascent. The summit dome was bare booted without much difficulty. The descent down lions head I used stabilizers. There are a couple of snow fields between the alpine garden and split rock with thigh deep snow. The ravine Tr down to Pinkham is intermittent rock and ice.

Comments: All in all, another dandy day in the mountains. Although the forecast called for clear skies, the only area in the clear was the summit dome. Not much snow to be found this weekend.
