Date Hiked: 11/24/07

Conditions: Trail in very good shape; a trail crew cut a lot of blowdown some time ago. One new large blowdown across trail requires a walk around; a few stepovers. Currently some crusty snow, from a dusting to under 2 inches.

Special Required Equipment: None. This likely would be a fun trek on cross county skis when the snow is deep enough.

Comments: Pleasant walk on a wide woods road/trail; with the leaves down some views through them of the Kinsmans, and one little side trip gives a more open but still slightly blocked view of a couple of white covered Franconias.
