Date Hiked: 11-25-07

Conditions: There was a fresh dusting to an inch over packed snow all the way. Only a little ice to work around, especially in the glade ski trail area.

Special Required Equipment: The three of us barebooted to the glades area and then used Yaktrax which made it easier but doable without. Poles most helpful with the steep descend.

Comments: A gorgeous day in the Notch. Number 25/48 for Jackie! Franconia ridge was in the clouds but the top of Cannon was clear. Not much sunshine and about 18f but with only light winds, it was fairly pleasant for this time of year. The bottom of the Peabody ski slopes were open.
