Trail: Seward, Donaldson, Emmons

Date Hiked: 10/30/2007

Conditions: The calkins brook herd path was in good shape. A little bit of ice up towards the summit of Donaldson but nothing bad. Lots of icey sections between Donaldson and Emmons, but again nothing too bad. Ice on the cliffs on either side of Seward. The herd path from Seward down to ward brook was icey near the summit and a wet down low. There was a lot of moisture in the trees that got be thoroughly wet.

Special Required Equipment: Stabalicers would help but weren't necessary.

Comments: Even with the ice I was able to make good time doing all three peaks. Round trip from coreys was about 7.5 hrs.
