Date Hiked: 11/04/07

Conditions: damp,slippery,gnarly, and one section was muddy. continuous flow of water on both hollow tree brook & diamond notch falls. well marked trail.

Special Required Equipment: trekking poles & water

Comments: spectacular views of thomas cole, black head, and black dome from diamond notch trail. magnificent views on the summit of westkill. past peak on the foliage but still very pretty. freezing rain or small hail coming down for 5 mins.
