Trail: Sleeping Beauty Mountain

Date Hiked: November 7 2007

Conditions: Very wet, muddy, slick, a few downed trees.

Special Required Equipment: Gaiters and a hiking stick would be a good idea.

Comments: The woods are very wet from recent rains. A lot of the ascending trail was basically hiking in a flowing water stream bed. Light dusting of snow near the summit. Be careful, rocks are slippery. Road to Dacy Clearing is still open for car travel to the trailhead.
