Conditions: Trail is in excellent condition right now. It is dry and there are no blow downs or branches lying on the Trail.

Special Required Equipment: Sneakers or boots and a good hiking pole.

Comments: The south end of the NST within Burlingame now starts on the north side of the entrance road into the campground before reaching the parking lot. Go to Blue Shutters Beach for the actual start of the NST.
