Conditions: Icy snowshoe track up to Baker Peak jct,Bobsled run on descent.Above baker trail jct, 2-4" of new snow over stiff sun crust.6" of snow over suncrust at jct with AT at griffith lake. Few trees on trail, easy water crossings,(2).

Special Required Equipment: Skis or snowshoes .

Comments: The descent was challenging in "bobsled track" in tele gear.Great skiing on the new snow adove Baker tr, jct. Snow shoe track drifted in above baker jct.
