Conditions: A few blowdowns persist but for the most part the trail is in great shape.

Special Required Equipment: Bug dope. The blackflies are still out in force near the Killington summit and hounded us from there to Rte 4. Oddly they weren't too bad between VT 140 and Killington.

Comments: A great dayhike traverse of this section with UFC. Weather held out until we were 5 minutes from the car.
